Make Your Mark is a new do-it-yourself TV series hosted by the craft book author Mark Montano. Åström did the main theme and all of the music for the show that is currently airing nationwide on American Public Television.

Åström recently completed the score for the film-noir Scammerhead, by Canadian director Dan Zukovic (The Last Big Thing). It is the story of a fast talking scam artist and marketer with huge ideas, Silas Breece, who gets involved with a shady consortium of eccentric investors. Zukovic himself stars in the film, that also features veteran actors Alec Rocco (The Godfather) and Bruce Glover (Chinatown), and premieres at the Montreal International film festival this year.

The Cowboys and Indians soundtrack album is now available on iTunes, Amazon.com, Spotify as well as many other digital services. It features an original score by Åström and songs written and performed by Ian McCrudden.

Åström is currently collaborating with Mandarin Orange Performing Arts to compose music for the upcoming performance at the Carpenter Theater Performing Arts Center. More info and tickets can be found here.
